The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by its original size tag.

Products that are damaged or missing their original tags are not eligible for exchange or return. Exchange requests submitted more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

Returns can be be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product meets the return conditions.

Inspection Process:

For both returns and exchanges, the product must first be sent back through the shipping company for inspection. Once the product is received and confirmed to be in its original condition:

• 
  For returns: the refund will be processed using the agreed refund method.
  
• 
  For exchanges: the replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
  

Please Note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for exchanges.
