Delivery

We deliver across Egypt in 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is free on orders over 2,500 EGP; below that, the courier fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

You can pay by card, Meeza, ValU instalments, or cash on delivery.

Check before you pay

When the courier arrives, open your parcel and check the pieces before paying. If something isn't right, hand it back on the spot and you won't be charged. This is the only moment a return is possible, so please take a minute to look.

Exchanges

You have 3 days after delivery to request one exchange per order, for example a different size or colour. Pieces must be unworn, with tags and in their original packaging.

الاستلام والاستبدال

يُسمح بالاسترجاع فقط أثناء تواجد المندوب. رجاء معاينة المنتج جيداً قبل محاسبة المندوب، فهذه هي الفرصة الوحيدة للاسترجاع. يمكن طلب عملية استبدال واحدة لكل طلب خلال ٣ أيام من الاستلام، على أن يكون المنتج غير مستعمل وبحالته الأصلية.
