Return and Exchange Policy

The product must be in its original condition, accompanied by its size tag.

Products that are damaged or missing their tags are not eligible for exchange with other items. Any exchange requests submitted more than 3 days after the date of receipt will not be accepted.

Returns can be made at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the order.

For exchanges, please send a message including:
• Order number
• Contact phone number
• Reason for the exchange

Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for exchanges.

المنتج يجب أن يكون فى حالته الأصلية مرفقاً ببطاقة المقاس الخاصة به

المنتجات تم تلفها أو تم فقدان بطاقتها غيرمؤهلة استبدالها بمنتجات اخري ولن يتم قبول اي طلبات تبديل في حالة تقديم الطلب بعد ٣ ايام من تاريخ الاستلام.

يمكنك الاسترجاع اثناء تواجد المندوب او خلال ٢٤ ساعه من استلام الطلب
للاستبدال يرجي ارسال رساله :

يرجى ملاحظة
أن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويكون العميل مسؤولاً عن تحمل أي رسوم شحن إضافية عند الاستبدال .
